Perfect for adding highlights to eyes

I use a lot of photo decorating apps and this is the only one that I use for adding highlights to eyes. It might not be the best for other things but its fun for making that really cute/funny fake shiny look and a lot of the time I will edit pictures in other apps and send them into this one to add highlights. It has so many perfect options too.
